Guided demos

The sample book and sources are fictional. Demo selections are handled within the page and are not submitted to an AI provider. The guided marketing demos do not upload manuscripts or sell subscriptions. Curriculum Studio separately supports signed-in accounts, private projects, AI requests and prepaid credits.

Curriculum Studio accounts and payments

Sign-in is handled through ChatGPT. We use the site-specific user identifier to keep projects and credit wallets private, and display the signed-in email. Saved projects, AI request records and financial records are stored in the site database. The saved design brief and your AI request are sent to OpenAI when you confirm an AI task; rehearsal observation records are excluded from that request. We request provider storage to be disabled.

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. Our database stores purchase references, payment identifiers, confirmed amounts and minimal refund or dispute records; it does not store card numbers. Financial and usage records survive project deletion so that payments, refunds and balances can be reconciled. Contact us about account or data requests.

Learning Flow profiles and rehearsal records

Learning Flow uses the same site sign-in and shared AI wallet. Your account keeps learner aliases, voluntarily supplied interests, preferences, saved moments and simulation observations private. Begin with fictional test profiles. External bot delivery and social-account monitoring are not active. When you confirm an optional AI planning note, only the saved context and authored scenario are sent to OpenAI; learner profiles and answer history are excluded. Provider storage is requested off.

Deleting a learner removes their profile, encounters, saved context and stored AI text. Minimal financial records remain for balance and transaction reconciliation. Earlier standalone Akış records are not transferred automatically. Contact us for account-level requests. Learning Flow is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board.

Contact inquiries

The contact form lets you review and copy a draft before optionally opening your email application. It does not store your form on a publishers.studio website database. Your request reaches the support email only if you send it. Information you send by email is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested service.

Hosting and external services

The hosting service may process technical request information and use essential access mechanisms to serve the website. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. External links open services governed by their own policies.

Project and institutional data

Before an enterprise pilot, data handling must be defined in the service agreement: permitted data, provider processing, retention, deletion, access controls and any institutional requirements. Do not use this demonstration to submit confidential manuscripts, student records or sensitive personal information.

Paid AI and automatic credit reload

AI usage in Curriculum Studio, Encounter Studio and Learning Flow is charged at five times the provider token cost using reported usage. Credits are prepaid, with no monthly subscription required for these three studios. The default total usage cap is $50 unless you choose another limit. A paid request pauses before it could exceed the cap or the current $50 checkpoint. Every next $50 requires explicit approval, even under a higher custom cap. Past spending never resets.

When automatic reload is available and you separately authorize it, a requested AI task can trigger an unscheduled saved-card reload of up to $10 when the balance is insufficient. The reload is reduced when needed to fit the remaining approved allowance. Stripe stores payment details. We retain only payment references, card brand and last four digits, consent and allowance records, and the financial ledger. Pause future reloads in Billing at any time; already-submitted payments may still complete. No unconfirmed payment or AI task is automatically retried.

Confirmed unusable AI results cost nothing. Unconfirmed AI reservations release after 24 hours without rerunning the task. Refunds and disputes adjust credits; a negative balance pauses paid use. Curriculum Studio workspace

Guest curriculum designs and rehearsal responses remain in your browser unless you choose device storage, export a file, or sign in and save a project. Signed-in projects are stored with your site-specific account identifier. Saved projects contain design text, versions and observation records. AI requests and contributions are retained with the project for review. Device storage is accessible to anyone using the same browser profile.

Running an AI writing task sends the saved design brief and your request to OpenAI using the site’s configured API project. Account identity and stored rehearsal records are not automatically included in that AI request. External handoffs are used in the tool you choose and follow that tool’s data practices. Importing a file alone does not upload it; saving it as a project does.

You can delete a saved project and its stored AI contribution text from your account. Minimal request identifiers, timestamps, status and usage-count metadata remain to enforce service limits. Delete individual observations and save the project to update the stored copy. Previously exported files and copies retained by recipients are not changed by deletion.

Encounter Studio records

Encounter Studio uses your publishers.studio sign-in to keep source texts, publication drafts, approvals, reader permissions, and completed usage records private to your account. When you explicitly confirm an AI task, its source text, draft and instructions are sent to OpenAI. Your account email and reader receipts are not included. AI contributions retain their supplied source snapshot and remain private to your account. A completed receipt keeps the source and output versions recorded at completion, even when you later edit or withdraw the current publication. The separate original Encounter site retains its own records; accounts and records are not automatically transferred between sites.
