Shared AI prepaid credits
Curriculum Studio, Encounter Studio and Learning Flow offer individual accounts with a shared prepaid AI balance. One credit equals $0.01 USD of service usage. Packages are $10 for 1,000 credits, $25 for 2,500 credits and $50 for 5,000 credits, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. A purchase funds only the account that opened checkout. Credits are not a cryptocurrency, model tokens or a workspace subscription, and are not transferable between accounts.
Each AI task displays a maximum reservation for review. Completed tasks use the provider’s reported tokens and the displayed tariff at five times provider cost. Unused reserved credits are returned. Confirmed failures are free; unresolved calls release their reservation after 24 hours without an automatic retry. Refunds or disputes adjust the credited amount and may pause new paid tasks if the balance becomes negative. Saved projects remain accessible. Payment questions can be sent to admin@publishers.studio with the transaction reference.
Plans and estimates
The main workspace prices, seat counts and planning-calculator token packs remain proposals. The three working studios use the actual checkout and credit terms described above. They are not a completed order, guaranteed quote or active subscription. Scope, availability, taxes, usage rates, renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed before a paid engagement.

Brand names shown on the website may identify publishing, retail, discovery, creator or production platforms in the broader industry ecosystem. All names remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, customer status or endorsement.
Rights and publishing responsibility
Any production engagement requires agreement on the right to use supplied content and assets. AI assistance does not guarantee factual accuracy, ownership of rights or marketplace acceptance. Authors, editors and publishers retain responsibility for the decisions assigned to them in the agreed workflow.
External systems
Marketplace and social integrations depend on available interfaces, account permissions, provider approval and current platform rules. No automatic sending, publication or advertising purchase takes place through this website.
